OH NO!! HELP!!!!
thanks. i tried a little tuna this morning thinking that was in the 'mushie' category and it did not sit right and it came back.. so i took a lon break and stuck with yogurt, sf jello and creamed spinach (yum! had NO clue it was 70 cals/serving and low in fat). Now, of course i am stressing ove the excess in carbs. it seems the only way i lose is VERY low carb and mushies are not low in carb. i had 30 carbs just from the 2 small yogurts alone.....
