25 Miles/Week Participants... Post Here

Hi Guys,
So we are now kicking off our unofficial fitness challenge today. Remember the rules of the game:
1 mile= to 1 mile of running, jogging, walking
1 mile= to 15 minute of any other cardio
You CANNOT round up.... If you do 50 minutes on the bike, you get credit for 3 miles. The point is for us to push ourselves that extra 10 minutes. Think of how great you are going to feel (and look).

If you think that the 25 miles is not ideal for you, by all means lower or raise the bar. It's a PERSONAL challenge. Be honest with YOU and decide what you can do if you try, and then add a little more to challenge yourself. This thread is meant as a way to support and encourage.... not to compete and judge.

So, just post like this:
amount of miles for the day/amount of miles for the week.

(1 hour elliptical and 4 miles on the treadmill)
My legs feel like spaghetti and the whole time I wanted to quit!!!! I cannot tell you how glad I am that I pressed on.. I feel like a champ!!!!!!!!!!!!
