Early: Coffee with cream
B: two egg omelet with cheese green chili and sour cream
PW: Elite protein shake (cafe mocha)
L: 4 oz chicken breast with greek dressing and 5 olives
S: Atkins bar
D: taco salad
S: carb master carrot cake yogurt with a handful of walnuts. (if needed)
I lost another pound just by cutting out all the bad carbs I was eating.....I feel like Im back on the wagon after 6 months. I love my band because I CAN start over again!!!!

lapband in 2008 at 298lbs , lowest weight was 183lbs , Band almost killed me and removed in 2011. No revison because to much damage for revision.
