25 miles this week???? Who's in???

if your cardio was walking, jogging or running, you use the miles(no rounding up) that you walked, jogged or ran as your challenge mileage. Any other cardio is 15 minutes=1 mile. So if you did an hour long spin class, you earned 4 miles.
