Delicious Low carb dinner

 I made steaks with a arugula salad tonight that was band friendly yumminess

I rubbed a sirloin steak with EVOO, minced garlic, salt and pepper.  Got a cast iron skillet real hot and cooked it 3 min each side then into a 400 degree over for 4 minutes.

Salad was fresh arugula tossed with balsamic vinigarette and topped with parmesan shavings.

I served it up with some crusty french bread and EVOO for the rest of the family

I had my 2-3 oz of steak and salad.

Really yummy!

extra virgin olive oil

Sounds like something both my husband (non banded & doing atkins) and I (banded) can have, without the garlic bread.  

Hard to find Arugula here.. I'll use spinach.
