100 pounds gone forever ( photos included)

I wanted to share my good news with my OH family, Ive gotten to my first major goal. Ive lost my first 100 pounds, on my 6month anniversary date! Im so proud and excited and nervous at the same time. I never thought in a million years id be here where i saw so many of my role models at 6 months. But im here and i did it and it feels great! Only 100 more to go  It's very doable and i want to thank my support system on here and my special gals also thanks for listening to my every questions, complaint or rant. Thanks i love yall

WOW 100 pounds in 6 months that is incredible - Congratulations, you look great!!  I am having my Lap Band surgery this Friday - any advice on what got you to 100 pound loss in 6 months?
