OT - Anyone else having problem getting their BodyBugg from 24 Fitness?

Nothing here either.  I am getting very ticked off!  I emailed 2 times today and nothing!  I called my credit card company and it has been charged to my account, if I dont hear something by tomorrow I will start to dispute the charges.  I am so mad!!!   Let me know if you hear anything, I will do the same. Karen, This is the latest email that I just received, after sending them 4 today and getting alittle rude: Thank you for your email, we apologize for the delayed response, currently there is not a tracking number associated with the balance of your order, however we will provide one to you as soon as the processing department and our warehouse have confirmed receipt of your request. OMG...they really need to get their act together!!!  I just PRAY that when we FINALLY get our BodyBuggs that they WORK!!!!  UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I really think they are backordered and if that's the case, they just needed to tell us up front.  They have also charged my credit card.  I will give them until Thursday to deliver mine and if it doesn't come then, I will dispute the charge.

I ordered my body bugg on Thursday and I have not received my email stating it has been shipped so I am wondering where mine is at. I have not tried to contact them but now I am a little concerned.  I am already having buyers remorse.  Keep me posted on if you get yours! Barbara

I ordered mine on 02/10 and after 2 emails and 3 calls that got me nowhere, I got the below response: Thank you for your recent mystore order.  We have experienced technical difficulties with orders we received from Wed 2/6/08 to Tues 2/12/08.  We are in the process of addressing the issue and expect orders to be shipped from our warehouse by Mon 2/18/08. You will receive an email notification advising you of shipment, including a UPS tracking number, when your order has been processed. Your credit card will not be charged until shipment has taken place.   We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. **** Currently UPS shows mine has shipped from Ontario (didn't realize where the company was) and is to arrive at my house on Friday, 02/22.  My debit card has not been billed as of today.  I hope I get the bugg and the watch and don't have to go through this again.   You all keep me posted on if/when you get yours!!

Hang in there guys........it will be SO worth it when it comes! I ordered mine from there last week and must have JUST missed the "technical difficulties"..........I have mine and LOVE it!  It's really an eye opener.  You'll be VERY surprised at what you see!

I happen to work in the warehousing and shipping field. I know how system glitches and can affect how things run. Please be patient and give them time to clear it up. If it was one just one of you I would be concerned but it sounds like they are aware of the situation and trying to do their best to get it corrected. You may however ask for remembersment or reduction on the shipping if you paid for priority shipping. Hope that helps. Juli

What's a BodyBugg?

My husband ordered his from 24 Hour Fitness last Monday and he recieved it yesterday. I was surprised it took that long to get here, but apparently we were one of the lucky ones. It looks to me like the people who experienced problems all ordered the wrist band to go with it. Must have just been a glitch in the system with those things being ordered together.

ETA: Don't give up on it though (unless you can get it faster and cheaper somewhere else). They are SO worth it! I was afraid I'd regret spending that type of money, but I love mine a little more everyday. It's made all the difference in getting me out of my 'plateau'.
