OT - Anyone else having problem getting their BodyBugg from 24 Fitness?
I broke down and bought a BodyBugg last week from the 24 Hour Fitness website. I was a little hesistant speding so much money, but I've heard so many good things about it and plus it was on sale. Well, I paid extra to have it shipped 2nd Day Air and it arrived on Friday....half arrived on Friday. The watch came, but no BodyBugg :( :( What really concerns me is that the 24 Hour Fitness website says they were both shipped. To make a LONG story short, I have called them several times and e-mailed them and I have gotten nowhere!!! HELP!!!! Anyone else having this problem???
OMG, That sounds just like what I am going through. I received mine on Fri. also and only the watch, website says both shipped. The packing slip says only the watch though. I have gotten the run around with every phone number and emailed 3 times with no response.
I am thinking about disputing the charges on my credit card, but not sure how to do that. Then I will just get mine in Denver when I am down there next weekend. Let me know if you get any answers!

Hi Chrissy, Yep, mine is the SAME EXACT SCENERIO! The last time I called the 800 number they said that the "My Store" will only respond to e-mails and it can take up to 5 days for them to get back to you....WHAT?????...UGH!!!! Anyway, one of the several times I called the 800 number I did get a number for Apex Customer Service and Technical Support?? The Apex customer service person that I talked to was half decent and said she is getting bombarded with phone calls about "My Store" not responding to people. She sent them an e-mail on my behalf to call me...but, I haven't heard anything and that was several hours ago. All I want to know if that my BodyBugg is coming some day or is this a scam. I've sent them a few e-mails and my last said that if I didn't hear from them soon, that I was going to place a stop payment on my credit card. My husband wants me to stop payment...I told him that I will give them one more day.
BTW - the way that I am going to stop payment is through my credit card's website, I select the transaction and then select dispute item.
I'll keep you posted on what I hear.

Sooooo, hopefully I will get it in a few days. I have only heard great things about the body bugg so I still want to give it a try. Hopefully they will get there @#it together!
