REPOST: "The Easy Way Out"

Oh, it just makes me all squinky, too,  but the shaking and foaming at the mouth goes away quickly these days.

Bette, you really know how to say it like it is, the one that rings most true for me is the push yourself away from the table and the willpower one, heard a million times from my dad.  Since WLS I have had some people ask me about cheating and how easy it must be.  Trying to explain it to them is not easy, in some instances, useless, because they believe what they want to anyway.  I am so blessed to have found this board and all the support I have had. 

The same society that condemns you for being obese then condemns you for the way that you doing something about it....sheesh a person cant win!  I dont tell a diabetic when they take their insulin that they are taking the easy way out....so I dont understand that phrase when it comes to WLS.
