My surgery date is April 11 th. My post op appointment is march 27th. My cardiologist gave me a clearance already monday without the stress test. My last stress test was in august? Im soooo stressed i just dont want my surgery date to be pushed back!

Is Dr. Bellow's office requesting another one?
I had 1 stress test done at the end of last
month and pre op said it was ok. Usually a cardiologist is allowed to do 1 a year
through medicaid unless there is a problem with your
heart.I used Dr. Rodrigues at the cardiology
center at West Jeff. Hospital.
When is your surgery date? If its soon they may
be able to use same results.
If you need another one have Sheila or Vanessa
see if they can set you one up through Tulane
with one of the hospital doctors.

Hello guys!
I have a Dr. Bellows question? How many stress tests' did you have? I had one at the initial application process, but my Cardiologist refuses to give me a second one. He gave me surgery clearance though! Did this ever happen to anyon else? SOOOO aggravated

I finally got a return phone call. With the new medicaid (Louisiana Health Care Connections) they only approve surgeries 4-5 days in advance of your surgery date. So I have to be given a tentative date of late August. Then 4-5 days prior to that date, I will either be approved or denied.....and my surgery could possibly be cancelled as close as 4 days out. This makes me a nervous wreck!!!!!!!! I wish Medicaid would have never changed!

Do you have another number for getting in touch with Sheila? A cell phone maybe? I have left 8 messages since monday of last week with no call back yet. I may make another appt just to check on my insurance sumbital. This is ridiculous! I want some answers! lol

monitored dieting program, a history of
