If you are looking for just a primary care physcian then I highly recommend Dr. Vincent Mallory at Cabrini. He is great! For so much as the local Drs for Bariatric, dmwc1962 is correct. Check them out

Congratulation, I know the call must of been scary. I am currently waiting for my call, and all these crazy thought are going through my mind. Good on successful surgery.

Sorry, I am using Dr Phillip Gachassin in Lafayette for my surgery. I have read some messages from people who have used him but it was a while ago so I don't know how far you would need to go back in the forum to look for the threads.
