pre op is a big pain in the ass!! i met dr bellows at about 9 am, then went straight to pre op................. waited 2 hours just to be checked in by the register lady.............. then had to go to med clinic, waited about 30 more minuted for them to call me, u have to have ur blood drawn, ekg, and asked questions for a hour, and i filled out the pre registration online thinking that would cut my time.........................but then u have to go to radiology and wait another hour and get a chest xray!!! i did not leave the hospital until about 3pm................ i was exhausted!!! I would go to bourbon afterwards.. lol lol lol ................... i should have went my nerves were shot!! 

i am going to use muscle milk light..................... the regular ones have to many carbs for me!!!!!! I want to loose more weight. i am also going to smoothie king and buying there powder called gladiator................ u put fruit in there with it............ but be careful with the carbs in the fruit. it tastes great, go by smoothie king and try one. Full liquids also include grits, oatmeal, yogurt, cream soups, belnderized soups, broth, s/f jello and pudding, s/f drinks, lolw cal fruit drink, diet v/8 juice, s/f ice cream.......................... same diet u will be on after surgery. So what u don't eat before, u can eat after. i am dreading drinking the bowel prep crap!!!!!!!!!! i have had too many colonoscopies!!! lol lol ;o(

 Oh wow.........full liquid...tell me what your gonna use for full liquid besides teh protein shakes...Muscle milk i found is the better tasting protein shake......I got vanilla cream, cookie n cream and choclate( havent tasted this one kinda smells stronge to me) the other two are pretty good!
