The main number is 1-504-988-5800 (Tulane) if you can not get through to Dr. Bellows office... Then ask for his nurse Sheila or  ask for Vanessa.. get ur primary care doctor to fill out a community care referral............... completely filled out, they will not take it other wise. Fax community care referral to 1-504-988-0644. Call the next day................. then they will give you a appt if you have louisiana medicaid!!!! They DO Take la medicaid, i will be having my gastric sleeve done on Sept 22 by dr bellows at tulane. good luck. the main number is 1-504-988-5800................ who ever u talked too, doesn't know what she is talking about.
