Have you tried Dr Chung in Lake Charles. I dont know if he does the sleeve but I do know that he does WLS and he has a good reputation. I am going to Dr Bellows at Tulane Hospital in New Orleans. I hope this helps...Sherri

If any support groups in centra La.....Alexandria/Pineville area?? Sure needing one bad! Just moved back down here from Ohio and trying to find a group somewhere. Or do I try to make my own? Any ideas?

My stress test was a big stress but all came out well. I didn't make it 5 minutes on the treadmill. ( I have a very bad back and when a spasm hit I had to stop ) But they said they had enough and all was well. I have been harassing the psych office to get me an appointment but yet so far nothing. I get one excuse after another. I went off on them today because they lost my referral and had to call the dr to get another one faxed to them. I called back at noon to make sure that they received the new fax and they said they did so now I am waiting AGAIN on a phone call with an appointment date. That's all that I have left.  Have you heard anything on a date for you yet?  Never mind they just called and cant get me in until OCT 8th go figure. If they had gotten back to me three weeks ago when the referral was First sent maybe I would have seen them by now. Sometimes it can be so aggravating. Anyways let me know how you are doing girl. I know you are soooo ready.
