I am sorry for your loss.  I wish I could go but I am sure that my surgery is going to be right around that same time and not sure that I should plan on going.  Please don't beat yourself up over not being there for you dad. Sometimes thing happen for a reason. I lost two close family members last year with in a month and half.  My grandmother called me and asked me if I could come and help her with some paper work for my uncle that had just past. It was Sunday and I told her I would come the next day because there was nothing I could do on Sunday because they were closed. That was at 1pm. She laid down for a nap and never woke up. That was five days before Christmas. I thought time and time again that if I had of went over there, she would not have laid down for a nap and I would have been there and maybe she would not have died. But I cant change things and being there may not have changed anything. She may have just died there in front of me. I might have blamed my self for not being able to save her in person. There will always be maybe's and what ifs. I just had to accept that I had lost her. I miss her greatly and cherish the memories I do have her and cry at least once a week from missing her. But I cant let it stop me from doing what I need to do. She would want me to continue to better my life and have my surgery and also get the support that I need to be successful.  Your dad is smiling down at you wanting the best for you. I found a we site that has the nectur brand powders that i like plus some others. Their prices seem very good and they can have the products to you in about 2 days not counting weekends. sexygreeneyes I live in Vinton which is west of Lake Charles. lol i live 5 miles before the Texas border. I hope they sedate me for the ride home. lol I cant wait to have my surgery. Its just a waiting game now. I am soooo glad you and Paula are doing so much better. WE have two more ladies on here getting ready to have their surgery this month.
