hello there :) i have not yet had my surgery but i am also a chung patient. my VSG is scheduled for july22. i have however spoke to a few of his patients in the waiting room and they had nothing but wondeful things to say about him and his nursing staff!! i know this probably wasnt all that much help lol but just thought i would share what i was told :) good luck on your wls

BCBS Federal approved my surgery. The nurse stated it's the fastest turn around for approval she has ever received. Approximately 4 hours.

July 12, 2011 is my surgery day. I'm looking for new friends that can offer advice, support, chat, etc. I'm excited and scared to death at the same time. The stress and fear are getting to me. Can hardly eat without feeling sick.

Yes I have to use him,I love the surgical specialist they are great ,dr steavens did my hubbys surg.The fat off liver is what I was sopoed to do also,which is the 3 weeks of high protien liquid diet.But they decied to mess with me and make up things as they go.

When I had lap-band with him he wasn't really worried with pounds just getting the fat off the liver. I have to do 2 weeks of liquid diet.
