Hey Diane, Yea I definitly think its the protein,, I don't understand though b/c alot of high protein foods are way fattening and I am trying to do low fat low calorie low carb,, but of course those foods have no protein!!! Is it ok to have med-high fat foods if they have alot of protein,, I feel like I am eating too much fat a day if I do alot of cheese, eggs and meats,, Thanks girl,,

JoAnna told me to look at calories more than anything. I would call her and talk to her she is really good about helping. She'll make a plan with you over the phone if you need her. What I realized yesterday I need to do is take 11 oz of protein a day and put it in a bag and nibble on it the whole day. I'm thinking like turkey or something else easy accessible. Because I know I don't always get in my protein

Ashleigh, don't get so discouraged. It will happen! Another thing, you have started working out like a maniac and you are building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, so as you are losing fat, you are gaining muscle weight. The trainer at our gym told me to just worry about inches when I get to the point where the scale don't move. They will eventually as the body gets to the point where the rate of weight loss surpasses the rate of muscle development. Just make sure you are doing all the other good stuff......protein, water, etc. You will back on here in a few days doing WOOHOOs again. How's your Mom doing? Patricia
