Can we go 2 tanning beds?
WOW Becky it's hard to believe you're already shopping.
You just had surgery on the 24th ..
Nothing is gonna keep you down, huh?
You're something else gf...
I'm so happy to see that you are doing so well.
Thanks for the heads up on the pudding and protein powder.
I will check it out tomorrow.
I hope and pray that I do as well as you when I have my surgery.
What an inspiration you are !!
I'm sure your body will let you know when you're over-doing it.
Can't wait till you post your weight loss
How often are you weighing?
I don't think I'm gonna buy a scale. I plan to weigh when I
go to my appointments and try to forget about it in the mean time.
Do you think I'll be able to stand the suspense...probably not but I'm
gonna try.

Ok, you know I had to join the fun.
IMHO, I felt it best to avoid tanning after wls. In fact, I've not entered a tanning facility in the last two years.
Maybe I'm missing out on something and I need my "little sister" to educate me on the joys of "going brown." I hear ...
Thank you, gurl friend, I so needed to get silly today.
Onward!
Tanned for life aka Fran
I can't imagine decaffeinated coffee without sugar or whipped cream would make me dump. All I put in it is milk (or if I am being bad, some half and half). Maybe you had one of those frappuchino drinks they sell. Those have tons of sugars.
Thanks for letting me know you eat about the same amount. I am constantly freaking out about eating too much...
Claire
for that 4 pm starvation time, I get 3 RF Triscuits and put a total of 1 T of reduced fat peanut butter on them. That will hold me over...another thing I sometimes do at 4 pm is a boiled egg. Either do well for me. I can't handle that much chicken at any meal...it just gets all jammed up in my throat.

Sounds right but I use String cheese with 2% skim milk. String cheese is a staple of my diet and has 8 grams of protein!! jacqueline
Hi Claire
Doesn't sound too bad to me. Although I KNOW I couldn't eat two peices of chicken.
But I feel very insecure unless I put everything in on www.FitDay.com.
Otherwise I wouldn't be able to see the numbers and know in my mind that I have done OK for the day. Sort of like being a scale ho only in another way.
If you think you are eating too much. Do Fit Day for a week or so and then you can be reassured.
