Hey Ash, I don't know where to find those but, I am willing to mail you some scoops of the protein powder I have if you would like to try it before you buy it. I like the protein delite. Shoot me an email if you want some scoops. Also, are you making them with milk or water? This could be another reason they are thick. I like them better with Carb Countdown milk but, early on I used water. They aren't as thick with water but, don't taste as good either. Gina

I did not like the ready made ones but you might. They have them at Nutri Sport here in Denham Springs. you are talking about Isopure? You could also try unflavored Unjury in Crystal Light that is really good and alot easier to get down. Tina

If you like chocolate milk, you can try what I use. I use Isopure (zero carb). I use the Creamy Vanilla and put about a teaspoon of cocoa powder in it and it tastes like foamy chocolate milk. I also put about a teaspoon of sugar-free strawberry jelly in it (I don't know why, but I think it helps) and I use a blender. Then I pour it over ice. I had my surgery on 12/16/05 and had lots of trouble finding a protein drink I like, but I drink one of these every morning for breakfast and one for supper most nights. I actually like it. It's all a matter of trial and error. By the way, GNC sells this.

I have much the same problem, Ashleigh. I have not been able to stomach protein. After one sip, the protein taste comes through and I cannot stand it. I have tried several different kinds and can't find one I really like. I tried the Isopure, but here in PoDunk all I can find is the grape...yuck! I guess I need to go to a bigger town that has a GNC instead of just a health food store. Also, here the Isopure are cost prohibitive. They are like 3 dollars for one drink. Patricia

Ash, GNC sells the Isopure ready made drinks as well. They are expensive tho, 3.55 each.

I am only 1 week post op, but I started adding protein drinks yesterday and had the same problem. I went to GNC and got the punch flavored liquid protein. I added 3 tbsp over ice and added my raspberry passion Minute Maid light. It was a little sweet but not think and definitely drinkable. It is 18 grams of protein for 3 tbsp.
