What do you eat,, help??
Hey yall , well I have been doing pretty good,, The only prob I have been having is that I don't know what to eat,, I am at the point where I am not loosing very much a week and I know I should be loosing more,, I know its b/c the foods I am eating aren't the lowest fat and carbs... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EVERYONE,, I am asking what do you eat daily,, like for bfast,lunch and dinner,,, Can anyone give me some idea's on foods that are decent and are low carbs and fats,, oh and no or lil sugar OF COURSE!! Not having a experience like last time!!! Thanks everyone,, I know some people on here have that journal where they enter what they eat daily,, so maybe yall can help!!! Also what do you snack on,, Now I know veggie's and fruits are good but can anyone give me some new and different idea's that aren't the normal fruit, veggie type foods,, THANKS
This is my typical day.....
Breakfast one egg white or piece of toast with 1/2 slice of cheese and piece of ham (deli sliced lunch meat)
snack protein drink or stallone protein pudding
Lunch bumble chicken salad, I buy these at dollar general it is a little can with 4 or 5 crackers. I don't eat the crackers just the chicken salad. I also may have a small cup of Wendy's chili. Sometimes I will fix a WW dinner, I usually only can eat half of one.

Dinner 2 ounces of chicken and a veg. I may also do a WW dinner. Sometimes I will have deli meat and sliced cheese.

Sometimes I will cut up some fruit and have that in place of my protein drink.
I try to get in at least 800 calories a day. I use FITDAY.COM to track my food, it is a big help.
You will get several different answers here, Ash. I eat protein (meat usually) first then green leafy vegetables and if there is room carbs. Don't get me wrong I do eat gumbo but, I add a tablespoon of rice rather then a bowl full of rice. One thing my surgeon didn't require me to do was count fat, calories, carbs, or anything like that. But every surgeon is different. So, basically I eat and ate what I wanted in moderation. I just don't do sugar because I'm scared! I can't give you a typical day because I don't eat the same things everyday...sorry!!! I also have an occasional protein shake or a scoop of protein powder in my coffee. YUM!!!
