Hi everyone...

I am scheduled May 1! Wow, after a two year fight with insurance. They still have not agreed to pay, but God provided me with the funds! Honestly, a check completely unanticipated for 17,000.00 dropped in our laps from some land we did not even know we owned, and we get this money. My awesome sweet wonderful mother-in-law is paying the rest. I live in West Monroe, am a home health pediatric nurse happily married for 17 years and proud mother of two boys 11 and 15. I am 46 years old and only recently have felt that and more. The main reason I am having this surgery is to feel better! I am looking forward to getting to know all of you, and I know I will have millions of questions. Libby

Hi Libby, My surgery is May 1st also--at 8:00 AM!! We're surgery mates. I'm really excited--but getting pretty emotional at times...I'm also cleaning my house like a mad woman!! Soooo much nervous energy--might as well put it to good use!! How about you? Are you excited and/or nervous?
