2 What was your starting weight? 250
3 What do you weigh now? 192
4 What do you want to get down to? 150
5 Are you exercising? yes
6 If so how often? not often, lucky once a week

6 If so how often? Every morning I get up at 5:45 and do thirty minutes on the treadmill, then lift weights. And sometimes go to the track and walk with Rhonda too.

4 What do you want to get down to? 125,, I know sounds small, But Dr. said its do'able,,, OR should I say a size,, I would like to be a 7/8
5 Are you exercising? YES , Just started!
6 If so how often? At least 3-4 times a week.
