We took the Granddaughter to Audubon Zoo today and did I misjudge my energy level. I thoulgh I would fall out. Thank God for PawPaw who is 60 but has the energy of a 35 yeaqr old and they had a great time. I am having a problem with the lack of energy I have 4 weeks out. I guess I want to be thirty instead of 58. When does all the energy kick in. I keep pushing and do not seem to be getting anywhere. I go the water areobice 4 times a day and work hard and am tired after. I have lost I guess about 30 lbs. and had more energy pre surgery. Be strong and positive--bj

Have you started on B-12 yet? I had no energy when I went to see my surgeon at about 3 weeks out. I mentioned it to him and he started me on monthly B-12 shots. It took a couple of days for it to kick in, but I haven't had any energy problems since. Cathy
