I've got a date........

I have been reading posts for about a year and a half now, but have never posted until today, didn't want to jinx anything......I have a date....April 20th....YAY FOR ME!!! I am so happy.....I am having Lap-Band with Dr. Michael Thomas....I really don't have any questions at this time, just needed to share......I'm a little scared but mostly just excited to begin. Everyone that posts is so helpful and caring.

congrads vicky it will be here before you know it. Didnt have the lap band done myself so cant say much about it. Just do as your doc tells you and you will be fine. keep in touch denise 250-192-150

Hi Vicky! It's wonderful having you in our community and it's always great to welcome a pending bandster to our numbers. I'm 19 months postop from lap band surgery. My BMI started a couple of points from yours so I'm no lightweight by far. I'm happy to say that I've gone from a BMI of near 60 to one of 44. I'm loving life and the lifestyle that this affords me.
