Some of you may wonder what I do when I'm up late at night putting together "LMA: Life More Abundantly." I try to be productive, but last night I let a little time with picture-cloning get the best of me.

You go girl. You have such a great attitude and by the way look good in bike shorts!
One of my goals is to get back on my bike. I lost a 150 lbs on my own a few years ago and DH and I traveled on vacations riding different rails to trails.
I have regained 90 of those lbs. and have a goal of getting to 20+ miles a day again.
Quite a goal for an "old" gal.
