You go girl. You have such a great attitude and by the way look good in bike shorts! One of my goals is to get back on my bike. I lost a 150 lbs on my own a few years ago and DH and I traveled on vacations riding different rails to trails. I have regained 90 of those lbs. and have a goal of getting to 20+ miles a day again. Quite a goal for an "old" gal. You are an inspiration! Be strong and positive--bj

LMAOOOOOOOOOOO I LOVEEEEEEEEEE THE PICTURE!!! Also you have GREAT goals for this week,, If you want I need a workout buddy,, I am willing to drive to baker, and we can bike around there or go to the gym at my apt complex , its up to you!! I am definitly going to steal your goals!!!!!

I love your posts!! Always a for me, and some sage advice as well. I am starting my list today, my goal list that is. I will fine tune it as I go along, but I figure it can't hurt, even if they are pretty lofty goals!! Cindee

I gotta say I have been reading your posts for awhile and they are so inspiring. You are a great person with an even better attitude! I KNOW you will accomplish whatever you make you mind up to do.
