got my band filled today

Hi there folks....well now I'm really on the road to weight loss. I got my lap band filled today. It went amazingly well and I have already had my first meal today. It only took about 10 minutes to get it done and the amazing thing about Dr. Mosier is that he is very punctual and walked into my pre-op room right on the button of 12 noon. I had no pain whatsoever and both Dr. Mosier and the x-ray tech helped me to get up and down on the bed. He even let my friend, Cate, watch it. She has been thinking about having some surgery because she is also diabetic. She isn't as big as me but she does have the co-morbidity. I would recommend Dr. Mosier to ANYONE!

Howdy, Sue! This is great news. I had my third fill a couple of weeks ago and I'm back at 1 cc in my 4 cc band. I'm eyeing another in about a month, but I doubt if I'll get much past 1.5 cc. Doesn't seem to take much for me. Scale says down 85 bandster pounds! Feels good. Glad your fill went well. Onward! Frances
