Time to start walking again. Also you can up your protein drinks too. It helps to control hungry. Also try getting snacks that are not bad for you. I snack on pickles a lot they are a free food no calories or fat or sugar so I can have as many as I want. Cucumbers are free food to and lettuce so have lots of salad with some kind of FF dressing. I don't like anything FF in dressings except Italian. Eat raw vegetable too carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and stuff like that. The chef at the meeting the other night said if you can it's best to eat them raw because your body has to work twice as hard to break it down and that makes you burn more calories. So lots of raw vegetable eating going on here. Hope it was helpful. Call me when you want to walk again. Tina -113lbs

Doesn't the vending machine require MONEY? Don't bring money inside to work!!!! Leave it in the car. You'll have to think a bit longer about what you are about to do, if you have to walk out to car to retrieve the cash!!! Also, bring healthy snacks WITH you. When you're about to go to the car for that cash, eat a healthy snack instead!!! Are you eating on schedule? I find that if I don't eat a little bit every 3-4 hours, I can get "crazy hungry" and then make poorer choices as I tend to select things that will get blood sugar back up fastest. Not good! Eating every few hours, keeps the low sugar at bay and I don't get into that "crazy hungry make a bad choice" situation. I hope this helps! You're doing great!

Rhonda, I am sorry you are going through this. I know when I get bored I think about eating. So far I have not given in. I am scared that one day I will. Tina, said it well eat the snack foods like pickles etc. My diet still does not allow for that yet. You can do it. I know you can. Take care, Jodi

Okay I'm right there with you. I can tolerate sugar and caffeine and I know it's bad. I've gotten into the habit of having a small icee almost daily. Today is a new day and I am refusing to get one. We will beat these addictions together!!!!!!!! Diane
