What type of surgery did you have and when? RNY 12/12/05 2. Are you married and how long? Yes, 19 1/2 years 3. Do you have kids and how many? Three kids, 17, 14, and 11 4. Do you work if yes what do you do? I have been working for a temporary agency for the last 9 weeks. Not sure if I want to work or not, I can always say no if I don't want to. 5. What is/was your favorite movie? An Officer and Gentleman and Steel Magnolias 6. Favorite pre-op food? Anything, loved everything 7. Favorite post-op food? Not sure 8. Would you do the surgery again? Yes 9. Do you excercise? Not like I should, but I do walk. 10. Do you have any animals? My dog Roxi, she is part lab and shephard. She is right up there with my kids. Do you work if yes what do you do? I worked for 19 years as a transcriptionist. I hope to return to work as the weight comes off. 5. What is/was your favorite movie? bye bye birdie, funny girl, father of the bride, daddy's little dividend (I really can't think of any others (more current) right now that are my favorites) 6. Do you work if yes what do you do? Just started Wednesday at NeuroMedical Center in BR. I was promoted the first day to strictly do patient collections!!! (was so excited) 5. What is/was your favorite movie? Not really a big movie fan...but Shawshank Redemption (sp) for a serious and Big Mama's House (part 1) for comedy. 6. Favorite pre-op food? I quit working outside the home 1 month before having my son, but I work alot more here at home than I did at "work"!!! 5. What is/was your favorite movie? Forest Gump 6. Favorite pre-op food? Do you have kids and how many? Three sons, 31, 28, and 25 4. Do you work if yes what do you do? I am an office assistant for a unit director (RN) at a local hospital in the New Orleans area. 5. What is/was your favorite movie? Gone with the Wind 6. Favorite pre-op food? Seafood and steak 7. Favorite post-op food? salad 8. Would you do the surgery again? Yes 9. Do you excercise?
