Sorry I am so late in posting for today but I had a job interview and was shopping for my sisters B-Day gift!!! Since your surgery do you notice that foods have little or no taste? I notice since my surgery that most foods have no taste. I often have to add seasonings or salt to my food. I guess that my taste buds have just gone apeie! Who knows! Well I hope that you all had a wonderful day. I am glad that I am doing this because I am new to the Louisiana board and it gives me a good chance to talk and to get to know you all! I will read you all tomorrow! Sarah

Hi Sarah I wish--today for lunch I had some strained gumbo--it was so good. My hunger is returning and I am having to really relish my protein shakes.

Hi Sarah, Hope all went well with the job interview.... I have not noticed any different tastes, I just don't find food appealling anymore. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that. Have a good day, Jodi

not really, but you know what I've noticed I have an oversensitive nose. Everything stinks, especially other's breath. The one thing that has driven my husband crazy is I no longer will use the ice from the ice maker. We buy bag ice now.
