did anyone buy a NEW piece of clothes BEFORE surgery

today forlunch i decided to go to the Goodwill Store for lunch, picked up a few cute things for my lil girl.... well I saw this very cute vest i really liked ,,,, size large................ I bought for when ever I will be able to fit in it...... does that sound crazy, considering i did not have surgery yet? maybe im just OVER anxious to start losing... Kateri

there is nothing wrong with what you did. I had clothes down to a size 16 from yrs ago that I couldnt do without and its nice having stuff to look forward to get into. i have bought some smaller things hoping to get into them soon too. when do you have your surgery? denise 250/196/150

Your definately not crazy! The night before I had my surgery in Houston, I went to the Galleria and bought me a $125.00 pair of size 9 jeans. That's my goal, and they hang there in my closet for me to see everyday! I can't wait til that day comes! Kristen 250/185/145ish

Right after surgery we were in JC penney and I fell in love with this lingerie set, green with pink flowers. I liked it but said no not yet. I went home and thought about it for 2 days. We went back and it hangs on my dresser mirror. I know that I will fit into it one day.

Sounds normal to me. I had bought things I knew I would be able to wear eventually and now can wear them so its not crazy at all. They help you to set goals. Tina
