Best soup OF MY LIFE!!!!
OK so I just went to walmart to get some yogurt and ff sf frozen yougurt but it was the first time I have been to the grocery,, WOW it was painful but it was great to walk next to skinny girls and think I WILL be there soon. I bought alot of different yogurts b/c I can't tell which one I can and should have,, so I am going to bring them all to see joanna tomm and ask her ,, she's going to think I'm nuts b/c I have like bags of stuff to ask if its good or not,, ANYWAY I was on the soup isle,, and since I am now to cream soups and yogurt,, I got almost every cream soup they have to try and some that look good that I will drain and drink the juice. I found the MOST AMAZING SOUP ,, its form campbells and its called CHICKEN VERDER ,, or something like that ,, don't have the second word spelled right but I'll go find it out soon,, I am a HUGE mexican fan and have been craving it and this is one of the southwest soups ,, its like a cream soup you put on top of enchilandes < well not me > its AWESOMEEEEE ,, OMG!!!! its a lil fattening which I need to talk to joanna about but low in sugar , calories .. and has good amount of protein.. so everything else is good ,,, I'll let yall know what joanna says about it!!! Hope something good.. I also bought all the other southwestern cream soups like pepperjack cheese, nacho cheese, ranchero tomato, things like that,, don't know if I can have them but will find out,, has anyone else tried these? OH and what yougurts do yall eat? I have like 5 diff brands
Ashleigh,
As I am typing this my husband is on his way to Campbell Soup in Paris Texas. They are a large customer of his. Needless to say, I have a pantry of Campbells Soup products. I love the soup at hand, brocolli and cheese and velvetly potato. I am not sure what soup you are talking about but I will have to look for it. I love to cook with the fiesta nacho cheese soup, I use that in place of velvetta cheese it has a kick to it.
You would be surprised at all the stuff that Campbells Soup makes, such as pepperidge farm, swansons, pace pacanti (sp) Godiva Chocolates, just to name a few. Maybe that was the reason for my weight the Godiva Chocolates. HA HA!!! He use to bring me home Godiva chocolates every week, no more of that....
Hope the soups work for you...
Take care,
Jodi
I was told not to eat tomato soups they are high in calories and the acid in them is not good for your new pouch. I would check with my nutritionist before eating those soups they sound like they may be fattening and that is not something you want. I don't eat yogurt at all can't handle the taste. But most of them are high in sugar so make sure you read the labels and get the light kind. Let us know what they say about the soups.

I like the "Wal-mart Brand" of yogurt, or the Super One brand. Just be sure and get the "light" and NOT the lowfat. The lowfat has LOTS of sugar in it, but the light doesn't have too much of anything. A good "basic" rule to go by is if it has More than 6 grams of sugar or 4 grams of fat per serving, you should NOT eat it. Skim milk is an exception to this, as it has about 12 grams of sugar, I think. I panicked the first time I read the nutrition info on the carton that I was drinking!! But, my nutritionist assured me that for "skim milk" it was OK, and that she was glad that I was paying attention to labels. Be SURE and stick to the regimen they give you for re-introducing foods. It sounds like you are doing that since you are just now up to yogurts and cream soups. Don't try and "rush" things! You will be able to eat "many" things again before long!! Be patient. Hugz, Pam
