Exercise
I have been so down lately because weight has not been coming off so I went exercising this morning. 45 minutes at ladies work out express. Going to really try and get my water in today. Its easier to do when I am hot and today is a warm day so really going to concentrate for a few days on doing things right. Need to get under 200 real bad.

I hope I don't get to a point where it stops for a long period of time because I probably wouldn't handle it well. I've been told that if I ever do get to that point to start back on just liquids like in the beginning and everyone knows how much I HATE the liquids.
As far as exercise goes, I finally started last night....oh my booty is sore too today, LOL.
Keep us posted and I hope you get started back on weight losing real soon!!!

I know what you mean, I will lose and then stop. I did 30 minutes of exercise this morning and I have been drinking my water. I am going to take Frances Advice and exercise everyday this week and see what happens. I am at 215, and I am also ready to be under 200lbs. What size are you now ?

sorry your bummed about the weight, I know how you feel I'm struggling with the liquids bigg time, I haven't started working out yet , I am not sure when I can officically start working out with weights but it seems to help me when I am doing it in front of the t.V ,or watching something I like or makes the time fly, like wokring out with someone , so yall can chat.. Good luck and congrats on your weight loss so far!
