Anyone advice about getting an approval with BCBS Federal (Louisiana)

Hi I am going to a seminar next week about the surgery and then I will be seeing Doctor Chu of Lafayette and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me

Hi! I have BCBS Fed also and am waiting for approval. I spoke with them, to verify that my doc and hospital were preferred, and they said it is easy to get approval as long as you meet the requirements. (All she told me was a BMI of 40). Good luck! Marcie
