Just moved back to Louisiana!

I am happy to say that I just moved back to the wonderful state of Louisiana. I am almost 11 months post-op and down 210 lbs. I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to all of you wonderful peoples. Sarah

Hi, Sarah Welcome back to Louisiana! I do love Lafayette and lived there from college to about 10 years ago when we moved to my husband's hometown in the country. Seems like you moved back just in time for Mardi Gras. I haven't made a parade yet this year and the kids aren't asking about them, too busy with Boy Scout and other activities. Did you have your surgery out of LA? I had my in New Orleans barely pre-Katrina! I went into surgery at 254 and am down to 183 last time I checke. I try not to check often so I don't get discouraged and my clothes tell me I'm losing even when it is just inches. Awesome weight loss -- an inspiration to everyone!
