I all how is everyone doing? Seems like we have a lot of new people having surgery coming up. I wish each and everyone of you the best of luck. My biggest advise is get up and walk as soon as you are allowed and often at the hopital. It does wonders!!!! Taking my grand baby to health unit today while her mommy works. She is on WIC and needs to be seen. Take care my friends. denise 250/200/150
