Nothing but carbs today!
I think I've realized I hate carbs as much as I do sugar! I've been doing real good avoiding the sweets 'cause I know if I eat too many my pouch will holler. But the carbs don't bother me. I've been craving saltine crackers with margarine for a month now. I try to only eat a couple once a day and stick with protein the rest of the day but it is soooo hard. The scales are starting to move again but not as fast as everyone else. Oh well, I keep thinking I'm down to the really old fat and that's going to take longer to come off. (Ha!) I've got 35 more pounds to go before I'm at goal. Can't wait!
