Feeling Dehyrdated

hay, I didn't know carrisa, i just went in to get someone to do my hair, I was talking about my surgery and she mention she had a friend that just had it done, i asked her the name and she said chrisitie, i told her your last name and she said, thats her.. I told her we communicate on this board, thats how i found out you go there,, be good , talk to you soon. rhonda

Hey christie, well I know you don't want to hear you've got to get those fluids in and geesh , I will probably have the same problem,, all I can suggest , is come over and I'll give you a iv and some fluids!!!! Then you don't have to go to the hospital,, I guess that will be the only advantage I will have when I get the surgery,, since I am a emt I can access fluids and get them iv so I don't have to drink them!!! No girl I don't know what to tell you but good luck and hopefully someone on here can help you.

Christie, I have the same problem. I love water and I have always gulped. I do this, it hurts and I don't want any for awhile. I then have to remember, if I want to enjoy my water, I have to sip,sip,sip. Just try to remember how important our liquids are for our health. It will not do us any good to lose all our excess weight and get very sick from dehydration. I made myself a note to remember!!!!! I hope this helps. Smiles, Jan Brown
