Feeling Dehyrdated

I know this isn't a good thing. I've only been getting about 40 ounces of fluids in me and its hard getting more. Today I started feeling a little wierd, very drained, kinda spacey headed and have only went to the bathroom once today. I've been dehydrated before and that is the feeling I'm having. I don't like feeling this way at all. I don't feel like going in the hospital and getting fluids......any suggestions!!!

Just keep sipping. Also get you some sugar free popsicles they are great. I ate alot of them at first. Wal-mart has them.

Yea, i've gone through a box of them already since surgery, LOL. Also, don't know the brand, but they are in a yellow box and they are fudgesicles, 2 oz each and 3 grams of protein, sugar free of course! I've gotten into those as well. I took a nap and am feeling a lil better.

Glad your feeling a lil better. I didn't care for the fudgesicles, but love the popsicles. Tina

if I drink 64 ounces of anything a day I'm lucky. I try, but I get so full so quick. I love the fudgesickles...and the cherry popsickles. my husband andson were stuck eating the other flavors.

I agree with Tina, get the sugar free popsicles they really were great. Jodi

Hi Christie, Hope you feel better soon.. eat ice, try tropical flavors popcicles sugar free, taste great!!! by the way, I went to your beautian the other day, she did a great job on my hair, she is really sweet, i will be using her from now on. Hey.....I didn't know u knew Carrissa at Catty Shack. She's been my beautician for four nows!!! I love her to death!!! She is so good too. Always busy! I started using her at zaxx in denham and this is her third place, i've followed her everywhere, lol. Want to hear something stupid....I LOVE WATER, always have. And anytime I go to drink water, I want to gulp away at it! I know probably something there is mental about it, LOL. But I really have to watch myself with the water. Oh by the way, i almost brought my mom tuesday to carrissa's after my post op appt. But she was getting off at 2:30 and we didn't have time! Hope you have a great day!!!
