Kelli Smith Needs Your Support!

Hi ya'll! Can everyone please go to Kelli's profile, support page and give her some support! She is really having a difficult time. She was approved my medicaid for the surgery and the hospital Dr. Ordoyne practices at doesn't have the weight limit for her. She is really down about all of this. She contacted Vista for possible help with Dr. Martin and Vista is refusing to take Medicaid to help her! She has a 12 year old son that needs his mom there. Please keep her in your prayers EVERYDAY until something happens for her! I talked with her last night and she is usually all happy and bubbly and her voice is sounding sad. How far from the weight limit is she, is it possible for her to lose down to the weight limit then try again with them? I will send her some support. Tina -100lbs

I think she is about 100 away. I talked to her briefly today and she said that some people with Dr. Martin's office is still trying to help her. And she has an appt with them this thursday! She was trying a liquid diet, it's just so hard for her!

I hope they can help her. I know it must be hard but sometimes you got to do what you got to do to get what you want done. If I can help in anyway I will. The liquid diet will help a lot if she will stick to it. I lost 31 lbs on my liquid diet before surgery. I really hope this works out for her..
