I'm so HIGH ......

Wow, what a journey, I'm starting to feel anxious..I went to GP today for medical clearance..and she is faxing to Dr. Michael Thomas' office today.. I can't wait to hear from them..my next step is the nutritionist,dr. consent, hospital admit..and pre-op blood..and then Wheeeeeeee, I'll be in happy, happy land for my surgery..please ask God's arms to envelope me.. I believe in prayer and I know he will be with me all the way... I would love to hear from you LA ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Deb

Hi I am about where you are in the process and Dr. Thomas is my doctor. Where will your surgery be done? I have everything in and mett with him again on Monday.

Hi....Good Luck with your WLS! I'm a week post op yesterday and on my way to the first follow up appt with my surgeon and the dietician. Dr. Ordoyne in Covington is my doctor! Of course I think it's great and would recommend him to anyone! I'm glad you found a surgeon your comfortable with! Keep up posted!

Debbie, im so excited for you, I also am on my way ,, all I am waiting on is my approval from insurance and the doctors office is acting like it should be no problem,, I don't have Dr. Thomas as my doctor but he was my first choice,, so best of luck!!

Hello everyone, I'm Ken, Debbie's husband......I wanted each of you to know how important this website has been to my wife. But, more importantly all the replys that each of you post on this message board. My Deb is now getting very very anxious as she is now only 11 days away from her life changing surgery. My Deb is so special. She has been my soul mate from the minute I set eyes on her 21 years ago. I appreciate her as my best friend, but mostly for being MY partner in life for life.
