Who had a WOW moment(s) this week?

Who had a WOW moment(s) this week? My WOW moment this week was at work, I realized that everytime I walk out the main door and a man is walking he will wait and hold the door open for me. I am no longer invisible to others. Realizing this was priceless! So, what was your WOW moment(s) this week? Gina

I had a wow moment this week! I had someone call me and tell me that I have made it past 1st stage approval for a loan to buy my house (and help me pay for surgery)... SO excited!! THEN I realized my surgeon's costs will be MUCH less than the quoted $22K from his seminar because: 1. preop clearance testing is done already (paid by insurance). 2. employees get a 50% discount on bills for using providers IN hospital. So I could conceivably get my surgery for as little as 8-10K now!! Just afraid to pay for it, and end up one of those who looks worse thin because of no plastics, huge panni, waistline boobs, hanging thighs... ugh.... always have to worry about something

My wow moment isn't related to my surgery, however, having the surgery will help this greatly!!! I faxed about 6 resumes yesterday from home and just got a call from one of the places that I was really interested in! I do medical billing and collections. And as most of you know, that normally when your big, you can have the BEST of skills and personality but when they see your size, they aren't interested! So anyway, I will be glad to say, I'm a week post op and so happy to know my health will be better than ever and that way they won't have to worry about me "using up their health insurance".
