friday,, time to go to work

good weekend to everyone!!! well, its back to work today, i work just weekends, boy, does it roll around fast! thanks to my walking partner, my weight loss is moving again! thanx Tina, and dakota! we keep it up , we will be full blown losers!!!!! if anyone wants to walk with us, we walk in denham springs in mornings, not sat, sunday because i work,, it has been very helpful, now i don't lay around the house. well, have a great weekend!!!!!! rhonda 293/232/125

hay tina, i would love to get a group going. I went to walmart and got the slim fast bars, just a couple.. went and did my chores today(visting grandma and stocking her up on groceries. Im so glad we walked today. talk to you soon. Rhonda

Let me know what you think about the bars. I need to go get me some more. I had to run to CVS and got a different kind there, (they didn't have the slim fast ones) and didnt care for it. It made my mouth tingle and feel odd. See ya Monday. Tina
