Protein Bar

I found a protein bar today that I like it is made by Slim Fast. It has 15 grams of protein and taste pretty good. It's the chocolate chip one. They have peanut butter but I don't like peanut butter so I didn't try that one. Plus the are only 1.12 a piece. Most protein bars are around three bucks and taste like crap. I'm going back tomorrow to load up on these. Tina

Do you know where North Park is? It's real close to you. Come and join us. We don't have a set time but we have been doing it in the mornings anywhere from 8 to 10.
