Good morning, Ms. Denise! Sounds like you've got your hands full with family and studying. I'm avoiding my work by coming to this website. There are so many things I should be doing instead but I like chatting with my friends. I'm doing fine healthwise but the weight loss has trickled down to a stand still the past two weeks. Of course the scales would get stuck on 200 instead of 199! Soooo depressing but I know the needle will move soon if I keep on moving and eating what i should. Only 55 pounds to go! Waahhooo! Have a great day! Peggy B.

Good morning to you too. I'm still losing my hair too. I really hoping it will stop soon, it's getting mighty thin.. But you know on a good note. I was starting to get some gray hairs well they have all fell out too. So I guess there is a bright side to the hair loss. I think mine is slowing a bit or at least I'm hoping it is. Have a good day, Tina

I spoke with my aunt who is a beautician and said that nioxin is really good for thinning hair. It can be bought at the Walmart hair salons....it's NOT CHEAP though. But they have the shampoo, conditioner, scalp therapy and treatment and vitamins!! I also spoke with the dietician about hair loss and she told me anytime that someone losing weight so rapidly it will cause hair loss, but it's normal. But if you are putting your hands through your hair and lumps are coming out that means we aren't getting enough vitamins, protein and minerals in us. I'm not looking forward to the hair loss thing though!!! Have a good day..........Hugs.........Christie

To date, three months after surgery, I haven't lost much hair. I noticed a little in the shower yesterday but it wasn't enough to worry about yet. Now that I've said that, I think I'll do a little prayin'. Peggy B.
