Alright I'm on a quest to become the almighty smoothie maker. I just can't seem to get enough smoothies. But going to smoothie king everyday just won't cut it. That gets expensive. So I will start making my own. So any ideas. Last night I made one with Light minute maid orange and tangerine with a scoop of fuzzy navel nectar, would not recommend this one. It was horrible. So let's get this board flowing with recipes and such. It doesn't have to be just smoothies it can be anything. On that note what did everyone have for breakfast? I had a piece of toast a half slice of cheddar cheese and two deli slices of chicken. Tina

okay....i have a few recipes from my post op handbook, but i've not tried them yet! Key Lime Twist: 2 Tablespoons of frozen lime juice, 1 graham cracker, 3 ice cubes. Bahama Mama: 1/2 ripe banana, 1/2 cup pineapple, 3 frozen strawberries, 3 ice cubes. Cocoa Mocha: 1/2 coffee and 1/2 skim milk, 2 teaspoons of sugar free cocoa, 3 ice cubes. Tropical Breeze: 1/4 pineapple, 1/2 banana, 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract, 3 ice cubes. Strawbana: 1/2 cup sugar free fat free yogurt, 1 cup fresh strawberries, 1/2 frozen banana. All of those of course are made in a blender! Good Luck with them!
