Got on scale yesterday and was up 4 pds, and its not that TTOM either. I know going up and down is suppose to be normal but that is a horriable feeling. I got up today and worked out 40 minutes and have drank 60 oz os water so far today. Man cant be far from the bathroom...lol Well I am going to try and stay on a routine all week and see if that helps. Boy its hard to stay on a routine though. later thanks for letting me rattle on denise 250/206/150

Hi Denise, I know that is so upsetting...I know when I hit my stall at three weeks I gained and lost. The first time I saw the gain I about freaked out. You have been doing a good job it will move down again real soon. Take care, Jodi

Well Denise I am sure that is all tha****er you are drinking. It will come back off with and extra pound or 2. You have lost alot of weight and You are doing well to get all tha****er in, I just can't seem to remember to keep drinking. I know what you mean about routine, It is very hard for me as well. And I just cant eat some days, I have been drinking some protien that I got from the GNC Store and some days I only get that down. I still am throwing up alot and I wake up at night with my stomach burning and feel like I could puke. Then I will go along a few days and not throw up at all and drink lots of water. Take care and hope to see you soon. Sabrina 262/217/140

Denise, Here, you are never rattling on! We care, and we have all experienced that scale terror. I hate the scale! I only weigh when I go to the doctor. That way I don't let the scale rule my life. I know when I am doing right and when I am doing wrong. Just remember, if you are exercising, muscle weighs more than fat and your weight gain may be due to increased muscle mass and less fat. So before you beat yourself up, just keep in mind that not all weight gain may be bad. Also, the more muscle mass you have, the more calories it takes to maintain it. I read that somewhere. Also, if you are not eating enough, your body will think you are starving and slow the metabolism. So keep your chin up and don't look back, just look to the future and keep doing what works for you to lose. Hope this helps, just want you to know that the reasons could be varied and only you can decide where the weight is coming from. Debbie
