Yummy Smoothie
Tina that sounds good I have a smoothie maker too
so how much milk do you put in it?
I was thinking of doing one with milk, plain low fat yourgt and fruit along with my protien.
I am tring to increase my protien intake.
what all are you eating now and what are you eating to get in the protien you get in?

It has a line on the side that says liquids I did it half of that then ice.
Eating wise I still drink three protein shakes a day, but I also eat the Michaelina's lean gourmet meals they have good protein any where from 15 grams to 20 grams. Or a hamburger patty, chicken breast, tuna, any fish. I pretty much eat whatever I want I just make sure I have my shakes. I also have some Nectar that I drink at least once a day and it has 23 grams of protein. Oh and for snacks I buy the Kraft 2% cheese sticks. I get them at Wal-mart the are individually wrapped. But they are not hanging with the bag cheese and stuff they are farther down buy the cottage cheese and stuff. They are 1oz a piece and have seven grams of protein. I always find little things like that to eat that has a reasonable amount of protein in it.

that is what i thought.
I eat the lean Michaelina's too. I take them to work for lunch.
I have the chesse sticks too. but I only drink 1-2 shakes a day
I guess I need to do 2-3 to see what that does.
I eat what ever I want now too. I stay away form breads, and pasta most of the time.I think pretien first too when I make my food choices.
I will have to look for little things too.
