Just say when and I'm there. My doctor wants me walking at least 10,000 steps a day that equals about 5 miles. I walk about 2 miles just doing stuff around the house and such so I should be walking about three miles which I think is three laps around up there.. If you want to meet just tell me a time. I take my son to school at 7:20 and pick him up at 2:15 so anytime in the middle or after that is fine with me. I haven't been walking much so we can build up to five miles together. Today I walk 4233 steps and that equals two miles and that was not doing much of anything. So three miles should be enough.

Rhonda, I stopped drinking the gladiator because it has somewhere over 400 calories in it, I think. I had them give me a paper on it and it didn't tell me enough, so I went to their website and it has been a while since I looked at it, but I remember thinking that even though the smoothie was wonderful, I found that it had tooooo many calories for my journey and that since the body can only absorb 25 grams of protein an hour, I was wasting my calories and not getting in enough protein. So I went back to my popsicles and fudgesicles and have tried to not think about smoothie king. The nutritionist told me that if I had to have a smoothie, then stick with the low carb ones. Their calorie count is only 220. Debbie
