Just say when and I'm there. My doctor wants me walking at least 10,000 steps a day that equals about 5 miles. I walk about 2 miles just doing stuff around the house and such so I should be walking about three miles which I think is three laps around up there.. If you want to meet just tell me a time. I take my son to school at 7:20 and pick him up at 2:15 so anytime in the middle or after that is fine with me. I haven't been walking much so we can build up to five miles together. Today I walk 4233 steps and that equals two miles and that was not doing much of anything. So three miles should be enough. Tina

Rhonda, I stopped drinking the gladiator because it has somewhere over 400 calories in it, I think. I had them give me a paper on it and it didn't tell me enough, so I went to their website and it has been a while since I looked at it, but I remember thinking that even though the smoothie was wonderful, I found that it had tooooo many calories for my journey and that since the body can only absorb 25 grams of protein an hour, I was wasting my calories and not getting in enough protein. So I went back to my popsicles and fudgesicles and have tried to not think about smoothie king. The nutritionist told me that if I had to have a smoothie, then stick with the low carb ones. Their calorie count is only 220. Debbie

thanx debbie, i watch them make it yesterday, and i got the gladitor, so i came home and made it the same way, it taste almost the same, gladitor is the low carb, it was getting expensive to by theirs all the time, thanx for the info. i went back to the sugar free popciles, rhonda

Hang in there Rhonda I know what you are going through. I have increased my water intake and i think that has helped. Wish we lived closer and i would walk with you also. denise 250/206/150

hi denise, wish you lived closer also, not sure where stonewall is.. i need to drink more water, but when i do, i get hungry more, does that make since?, we need to schedule a chat on this web site for all of us.. we walked 3 miles today, hope to do it in the morning also.. didn't take long at all when your talking to someone.. rhonda
