hi, just a update, no weight loss for 11 days, not sure what is going on, but i know i havn't done any exercise.. was drinking gladiator smoothies for one of the meals a day, i don't know if that affected me, it has fruit, so maybe to much sugar. Does anyone know? that is when my weight loss stoped, so no more smoothie king till i find out.....if anybody has some input on smoothie king, let me know thanks... rhonda 293/236/125

Rhonda, Maybe you are losing inches. I know when I stalled I lost inches...Hope you see the scale move, I know it is frustrating.... Jodi

Everyone stalls it is normal. My first one lasted about two weeks. And the Gladiator at smoothie king is fine it has no added sugar. It is a good protein drink. Just don't drink any of the others. They have about five I think that are good protein ones and I had already discussed it with them they are not sweetened except for the natural sugar from the fruit and that is okay. I had a lemon one the other day and it took me forever to drink it. Do they let you order a child's cup I hadn't thought to ask? They will also sweeten in with splenda if you request it. Hope this helps some. Also I lose for three weeks then the end of the month is my female time and I gain about two pounds every time but after that week is up I start losing again so that could have something to do with it to.. hay girl, i can drink a 20 oz in about 30minutes, i usually get the gladiator pinapple and papaya, and i finally asked them whats in it, and she said the papaya has a little added sugar in the mix, so then i started with pinapple and bannanna. but, still no weight loss, i bought the gladitor myself, to fix the smoothies and so far, i can't drink it, no matter how i fix it, so today im going to keep experimenting because it was 40.00 for the container.. and i have to get the protien in. also, i eat the dinners like you do,,, that was very informative, but there is not much solids i can tolerate, thats why i like the smoothies so much, i can get some bad chest pain from solid food, and some soft food.. thanx for your input...rhonda

Have you tried adding splenda or some other form of sweetener to it, that may help with the taste some.. I just made a vanilla, banana smoothie with my unjury and it is good. I use ff milk one scoop of unjury protein and a banana.
