Things are looking up for me...finally

Well I peek my head in here every once in a while looking for a solution for my insurance company denial. I've been trying to have the lapband for a while and couldn't save the money at all. Then Katrina threw me and my kids from New Orleans to Stafford, TX. This past year was a mess. This year is lookng up for me. I just paid the deposit to go to Mexico to have my surgery on March 13th. The money was all but handed to me and it was just enough to get the surgery. I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone, even if you don't know me, for words of encouragement. There were times that I would think that I would never have the opportunity for surgery and someone would reply to my post and tell me to stick in there. Thanks. I am in Texas and my Husband is still working in New Orleans as a non-looting police officer. He will be there for the surgery and although I have tons of things I could spend the money on, they pale in comparison to my health. Anyway, I want to pass on the encouragement to everyone else who feels hopeless.
